Job Responsibilities - Chemistry Faculty (NEET & JEE)1. Classroom Teaching

Teach

Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry

to Class 11, Class 12, NEET, and JEE aspirants. Deliver concept-oriented, exam-focused, and interactive lectures. Use board teaching and smart tools to simplify difficult concepts.

2. Syllabus Planning & Completion

Prepare yearly/monthly teaching plans as per

NEET & JEE

patterns. Complete the syllabus on time with proper revision cycles.

3. Doubt Clearing

Conduct regular

doubt-solving sessions

(individual & group). Ensure 100% conceptual clarity for weak and average students.

4. Test Preparation & Evaluation

Help prepare

chapter-wise, unit-wise, part, and full syllabus tests

. Analyze test performance and give feedback to students for improvement.

5. Study Material & Content Development

Create high-quality

notes, assignments, MCQ banks, and practice sheets

. Update content according to the latest NEET/JEE exam trends.

6. Performance Tracking

Monitor classroom performance and maintain academic records. Identify weak students and conduct extra sessions for them.

7. Classroom Discipline

Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage students to stay consistent, punctual, and focused.

8. Academic Coordination

Participate in team meetings with other faculties. Coordinate with the Physics and Maths departments for combined planning.

9. Parent Interaction

Join

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

and communicate progress reports clearly. Update parents on attendance, discipline, and academic performance.

10. Professional Ethics

Follow institute policies strictly. Be punctual, responsible, and committed to academic excellence.
