We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Chemistry and Biology Faculty

member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, a knack for teaching defence aspirants, and the ability to simplify complex concepts in alignment with the

UPSC/Defence

exam pattern and syllabus.

Job Location: Chemistry - Dehradun & Lucknow (2 positions)

Biology - Dehradun (1 position)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and exam-oriented lectures in Chemistry and Biology for NDA, CDS, and AFCAT aspirants.

- Design, plan, and execute structured lesson plans in line with the latest defence exam syllabus and trends.

- Create high-quality study materials, practice questions, and mock tests with detailed solutions.

- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and performance reviews for students.

- Collaborate with the content and academic teams to develop recorded and live class modules.

- Stay updated with UPSC and defence exam notifications, syllabus changes, and pattern updates.

- Mentor and guide students to enhance conceptual clarity and improve exam performance.

- Participate in curriculum enhancement and academic discussions to refine teaching methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, etc.).

Experience:

- 1 to 5 years of teaching experience for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, or similar competitive exams.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong command over Chemistry and Biology as per the defence exam syllabus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.

- Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
