Develop and improve cosmetic formulations (skin care, hair care, personal care)
Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing & compatibility studies
Raw material evaluation and reformulation support
Maintain R&D documentation (BMR, SOP, COA, MSDS)
Coordinate with production & quality teams during scale-up
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BIS, ISO, GMP)
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred for cosmetics)
Diploma in Cosmetic Science (added advantage)
Key Skills Required:
Cosmetic formulation knowledge
Lab testing & analysis
Documentation & reporting
Knowledge of ingredients & preservatives
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements
