Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance Activities

Ensure products meet quality standards before release. Conduct routine quality checks during production. Review and verify batch records, COAs, and test reports. Identify deviations and assist in root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Monitor GMP, GLP, and ISO compliance throughout the facility.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and maintain lab reports, logbooks, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory norms. Maintain calibration and maintenance records of laboratory equipment. Support internal and external audits.

3. Safety & Process Control

Follow laboratory safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazard-control procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Report any non-conformances immediately to the QA Manager.

Required Qualifications

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation. Understanding of GMP/GLP standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
