Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Develop and validate testing methods for food formulations.
Maintain accurate lab records and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP.
Support product development through formulation and shelf-life studies.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in a food manufacturing laboratory.
Strong knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer).
Familiarity with ISO, FSSAI, and regulatory standards.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
