4-6 years of experience

in bitumen testing, quality control, or petrochemical industries. Experience in

technical sales or marketing

is a strong advantage. Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

A. Technical & Laboratory Responsibilities

Conduct

routine laboratory testing of bitumen and bituminous products

. Maintain

quality control records, test reports, and certificates of analysis (COA)

. Assist in

product development, modification, and performance evaluation

of bitumen grades (VG, PMB, CRMB, emulsions, etc.). Monitor

production quality

and coordinate with the plant/operations team for corrective actions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of chemicals and bitumen materials.

B. Marketing & Sales Responsibilities

Promote and market

bitumen, modified bitumen, and related products

to contractors, distributors, infrastructure companies, and government clients. Identify

new business opportunities

, markets, and potential clients. Prepare

technical product presentations, datasheets, and proposals

. Provide

technical support to customers

, including product selection and application guidance. Participate in

client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and tenders

. Ensure compliance with

ASTM, IS, EN, or other applicable standards

. Maintain

quality control records, test reports, and certificates of analysis (COA)

. Assist in

product development, modification, and performance evaluation

of bitumen grades (VG, PMB, CRMB, emulsions, etc.). Monitor

production quality

and coordinate with the plant/operations team for corrective actions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of chemicals and bitumen materials.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

. Additional training or experience in

bitumen, asphalt, or petrochemical products

preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

bitumen properties, testing methods, and applications

. Good

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Ability to explain

technical concepts to non-technical customers

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Willingness to

travel for client meetings and site visits

. Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.

Salary Range

: ₹30,000 to ?40,000 per month.
