We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Chemical Synthesis and Formulation Specialist to drive innovation and develop new specialty chemicals and formulations. This role focuses on synthesizing novel compounds, optimizing formulations, and supporting the development of scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
:
Design and synthesize new chemical compounds for specialty applications.
Develop and optimize formulations to meet customer requirements and market needs.
Conduct experiments to test the performance, stability, and compatibility of formulations.
Collaborate with the Analytical and Materials Chemist to characterize and validate compounds.
Support scale-up of synthesis processes from lab to pilot production.
Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, formulations, and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
Qualifications
:
Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in chemical synthesis, formulation, and scale-up processes.
Proficiency with lab techniques and equipment used in synthesis and formulation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
