We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemicals Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and sourcing within the chemical industry, with a keen understanding of market trends, supplier relationships, and negotiation strategies. As a Chemicals Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and procuring raw materials and chemicals to support our manufacturing operations and product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supplier Identification and Evaluation

Research and identify potential suppliers of raw materials and chemicals

Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, reliability, cost, and sustainability practices

Negotiation and Contract Management

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements

Manage supplier contracts and relationships to optimize value and mitigate risks

Market Analysis and Forecasting

Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions affecting chemical procurement

Conduct market analysis and forecasting to anticipate future supply needs and identify cost-saving opportunities

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for chemical procurement

Coordinate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased materials

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency, supplier performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline procurement processes.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
