Supervise daily chemical production, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely operations to meet targets.
Safety & Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols (EHS), environmental regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage production staff, setting performance goals and fostering team development.
Process Management:
Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes for quality, consistency, and cost-efficiency, reducing waste.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with QA to ensure adherence to product specifications, standards, and handle quality-related documentation.
Resource & Equipment:
Manage production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate maintenance for production equipment.
Reporting & Data:
Maintain accurate production records, analyze data for improvements, and generate performance reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with R&D, Maintenance, and other departments to align strategies and improve overall output.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Several years of supervisory or management experience in chemical manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of chemical processes, process control, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
