We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on

Plant Operator

to oversee day-to-day operations at our recycling facility. The ideal candidate should be reliable, responsible, and capable of managing plant activities independently. This is a crucial role that involves both technical and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery and equipment used in the chemical process Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations on a daily basis Supervise material intake, processing, and storage Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Keep accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance Assist with process improvements and implement operational efficiencies Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams as needed Report directly to the management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical, or manufacturing industry Diploma/ITI/Engineering background is preferred Strong understanding of industrial machinery, safety protocols, and process operations Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work as required Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of battery recycling or hazardous waste handling Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
