Role Shift Lead



Responsibilities



100% Safety compliances and its adherence, Part of Project Abhay.



Ensure 100% adherence of all statutory compliances in the plant.



Ensure the effective implementation of on - site Emergency.



Adherence of PTW for routine and non-routine activities.



Experience of shift handling independently as per shift rotation.



Must have knowledge of DCS, SCADA Operation.



Ensure to control and monitoring of process such as, Distillation column, Reactor and Utility package-Scrubbers, Cooling Tower, Instrument Air, Steam, Nitrogen etc.



Scrubber Operation-Zero emission, Waste disposal as per procedure, Chemical handling and storage.



Knowledge and handling experience of hazardous chemicals like, SiCl4, Chlorine, LNG, Hazardous waste etc.



Ensure compliance of shift wise MIS report preparation such as but not limited to dashboards of Safety Trainings, Production, Quality, Maintenance etc.



Ensure daily tracking and booking of RM, Intermediate and FG Production and consumption in SAP/MES/Oracle to facilitate monthly PV audit.



Adherence of standard practices of operation & maintenance.



O&M manpower allocation, Daily TBT to manage and control shift PM/breakdown/operation of all areas of production and utilities.



Improvement Projects-Process & Production, Operation and Maintenance, Project Abhay, Cost Saving etc.



Risk Assessment-HIRA, JSA, PSSR etc and their trainings and implementation.



Participation in Gemba, Internal, external audit- IMS, BCMS, SA8000 etc and closure of observations.



Candidate Profile



Degree-BSc/MSc Chemistry or Diploma-Chemical.



Good Analytical and problem solving skills, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green belt etc.



Good Co-ordination skills-CFT, Shift Team, Contractual Manpower etc.



Good Knowledge of IMS-QMS,EMS,OHSMS,TL,BCMS,SA8000 etc
