Job Description

Process development:

Designing, developing, and implementing new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.

Equipment design:

Designing and planning the layout of equipment and machinery.

Process optimization:

Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Safety and compliance:

Establishing and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Research and testing:

Conducting research and experiments to develop new products and processes, and performing tests to evaluate process efficiency.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and solving problems that arise during production.

Data analysis:

Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Project management:

Managing projects from development to completion, including coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Documentation:

Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
