Role Purpose

To drive B2B sales of industrial drying systems in the chemical sector by identifying prospects, generating leads, conducting technical presentations, and closing sales aligned with the company's revenue and growth goals.

Identify and qualify leads from chemical industry databases, fairs, and online

Conduct client visits, plant surveys, and technical consultations

3. Proposal Submission

Coordinate with design and estimation teams for timely offer generation

Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and PO closures

5. Market Intelligence

Track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects

6. CRM & Reporting

Maintain CRM, visit logs, pipeline status, and weekly dashboards

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech

Chemical/Mechanical

(preferred); 0-3 years in capital equipment/industrial drying/thermal process for chemicals. Knowledge of

solvent handling/VOC abatement

, dust collection, scrubbers--nice to have. Valid driving license; English + Hindi (Bengali preferred for East zone).
