Oversee daily batching operations and ensure accurate proportioning of Cement, Lime, Gypsum, Aluminium and other additives as per approved mix design.
Monitor slurry preparation parameters such as viscosity, temperature, density, pH and adjust formulations in real-time for consistent output.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and maintain quality logs, batch reports, and traceability records.
Optimize chemical reactions and aeration for proper rising and minimize rejection due to cracks, density variation, or improper cutting.
Collaborate with production, maintenance and cutting teams to ensure smooth mould turnaround and cycle time efficiency.
Implement and continually improve SOPs for batching, dosing calibration, and chemical safety standards.
