Key Responsibilities

Production & Process Operations

Operate and monitor chemical processes including leaching, precipitation, filtration, electro-refining, smelting, and chemical recovery. Ensure production targets are achieved in line with quality, yield, and purity requirements. Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
Process Control & Optimization

Analyze process data to improve metal recovery, reduce losses, and optimize reagent consumption. Support process improvements, trials, and scale-up activities. Identify and implement cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Quality & Metallurgical Control

Ensure compliance with product specifications, assay results, and purity standards. Coordinate with laboratory and quality teams for sampling, testing, and process adjustments. Investigate deviations in quality, yield, or recovery and implement corrective actions.
Safety, Environment & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and chemical handling regulations. Manage safe storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous wastes. Support compliance with regulatory standards and audits (ISO, environmental, safety, industry standards).
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain batch records, production logs, SOPs, and chemical consumption reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports. Assist in development and revision of SOPs and work instructions.
Team Coordination & Training

Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow. Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on process control and safety. Support troubleshooting during breakdowns or process upsets.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), process audits, and continuous improvement programs. Evaluate new technologies, reagents, and process methods relevant to precious metals refining.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
