Job Description

Responsible for designing, optimizing, and supervising chemical processes to ensure efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control plant operations to maintain process efficiency and product quality. Develop and optimize chemical processes for improved yield and cost reduction. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations. Analyze process data and troubleshoot deviations or equipment issues. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations. Support commissioning of new equipment or process modifications. Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and process documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Experience:

2-8 years in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, or chemical manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

Process design, mass & heat balance, process simulation, safety standards, and equipment operation.

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.

Tools:

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and process software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
