Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for managerial roles). [3-10+] years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, instrumentation, and control systems. Local candidate of Gujrat Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage chemical manufacturing processes. Monitor production workflows to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality output. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with R&D and Quality Control teams to support new product development and testing. Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and yield. Maintain accurate production and process documentation. Supervise and train production staff as needed. Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate with engineering teams for upgrades and repairs.
