Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client, a well-established construction aggregates and quarry products manufacturing company based in Valsad, for the position of Construction Aggregates Sales Executive.
with proven B2B sales experience in building and construction materials. This role focuses on developing business with contractors, builders, RMC plants, infrastructure projects, and carting dealers. You will manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to order closure--while building lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B construction market (contractors, builders, RMC plants, carting dealers, infrastructure projects)
Research and target potential clients and ongoing/upcoming construction projects in assigned territory
Generate leads through market visits, networking, site meetings, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, project engineers, and site heads
Sales Process Management:
Negotiate and close sales deals for aggregates, crushed stone, and quarry products
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and payment collection
Share quotations, proposals, and supply agreements as per client requirements
Conduct proper KYC (Know Your Customer) checks including verification of business credentials, creditworthiness assessment, and documentation
Handle client queries, resolve delivery/quality issues promptly, and maintain customer trust
Maintain detailed records of sales calls, client meetings, negotiations, and closed deals
Product & Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on the company's aggregate and stone product range (sizes, grades, applications)
Understand technical product suitability for different construction applications
Monitor market prices, competitor offerings, and demand trends in the construction materials sector
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management
Project Coordination & Account Management:
Follow up on supply schedules and delivery timelines for ongoing client projects
Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and dispatch/logistics for smooth material deliveries
Monitor client satisfaction and address any operational or quality concerns
Build long-term partnerships with key accounts and repeat project customers
Work with accounts team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular sales performance reports and market update summaries
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, payments, and client interactions
Share insights on new business opportunities and market developments with management
Must-Have Requirements:

Experience:
2-4 years in
B2B sales of building and construction materials
(aggregates, cement, steel, sand, RMC, or related products)

Education:
Bachelor's degree (specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred)

Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of construction industry, infrastructure projects, and B2B construction materials supply chain
?
Customer Base:
Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or construction project stakeholders is a strong advantage

Knowledge of Valsad/South Gujarat construction market and key players
Experience with ERP systems in construction/quarry operations
Network with RMC plants, infrastructure contractors, or government project suppliers
