We are seeking a skilled and passionate young Chef to join our culinary team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Develop new dishes and contribute to menu planning
Ensure food is prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Monitor food stock, place orders, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
Collaborate with management to meet customer satisfaction and business goals
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Culinary degree or certification is a plus (but not required)
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
