We are seeking experienced and talented chefs specializing in
Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for cooking, creativity in presentation, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and management for smooth operations.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum
2-8 years
of relevant experience in reputed restaurants or hotels.
Strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
