Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Non-Veg Chef who specializes in preparing and cooking crispy fried chicken, burgers, wings, wraps, Broast ,grilled chicken ,non-veg sides etc. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marination techniques, batter preparation, pressure frying, and fast-paced kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook non-veg fast food items including: Fried chicken (original, crispy, spicy) Chicken wings & strips Chicken burgers, wraps, and sliders Chicken popcorn, nuggets, and sides Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency. Handle marination, breading, and pressure frying of chicken products. Ensure proper storage, thawing, and handling of raw and cooked chicken. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and hot holding units. Train junior staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), food prep, and hygiene. Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours without compromising on quality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
