Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes with high quality and presentation. Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes. Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and inventory. Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain consistency in taste. Coordinate with kitchen staff and maintain smooth workflow. Monitor food stock and report shortages on time.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (veg & non-veg dishes). Strong knowledge of Indian, continental, or multi-cuisine styles. Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Food safety and hygiene knowledge. Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about cooking.
