Salary: ₹15,000 - ?21,000 / month (based on experience)

Experience Level: 1-2 years preferred (Cafe / Fast Food / Fitness Kitchen)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate healthy, protein-rich meals (chicken, paneer, tofu, edamame bowls, etc.) Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards. Manage portion sizes and reduce waste efficiently. Assist in menu development and new recipe creation. Keep kitchen organized, stocked, and clean. Support cafe operations (inventory, coordination with serving staff, etc.)
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or cloud kitchen. Basic knowledge of healthy cooking techniques (steaming, roasting, air-frying). Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Willingness to learn and grow with a startup environment.
