Job Description

We are looking for skilled, passionate, and multi-tasking chefs and kitchen helpers to join our dynamic team at our food outlet. If you are an expert in Indian, Chinese, or Tandoor cuisine and have a solid understanding of preparing and serving these dishes, we want to hear from you!

As part of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious meals with a focus on quality and authenticity, while also assisting in other kitchen duties as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Prepare and cook high-quality Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes. Ensure the food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Assist in food prep, dishwashing, and other kitchen tasks as needed. Stay updated with new recipes and trends in cuisine. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a chef or kitchen helper, particularly in Indian, Chinese, or Tandoor cuisine. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for food and delivering excellent customer experiences. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
