Chef (veg & Non Veg) – Indian & Fusion Cuisine

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative chef to join our team and help craft unique, high-quality dishes that delight both traditional and adventurous palates.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook

veg & non-veg dishes

with a focus on South Indian staples and fusion recipes. Innovate new menu items and fusion combinations. Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes. Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI standards. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and portion control. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, if required. Work with management to plan seasonal menus and special offers.

Requirements



Minimum

2-4 years of experience

as a chef in Indian cuisine (South Indian preferred). Hands-on experience in

non-veg gravies, curries, and special dishes

is a plus. Creative flair for

fusion/modern recipes

. Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food quality standards. Ability to work in a

fast-paced cloud kitchen/QSR environment

. Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
