Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare menus that align with the quality standards.
Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Innovate new recipes and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu.
Manage inventory, oversee food costing, and ensure minimal waste.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
4-5 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
Formal culinary education from a recognized culinary institute.
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and global cuisines.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
