We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality dishes, maintain hygiene standards, manage kitchen staff, and contribute to menu planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, season, and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
Plan and design menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate workflow to ensure timely service.
Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and order supplies as needed.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance customer experience.
