Controlling and directing the food preparation process

Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the students.
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
Having Knowledge about South Indian, North Indian cuisine, Chinese and Continental
Menu preparation
Posses good communication skills.
Checking the availability of groceries, coordinating with heads.
Having Hotel Management degree is an advantage
