Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese dishes.
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor ingredient preparation, storage, and stock levels.
Support in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
Expertise in South Indian cuisine with knowledge of Tandoori and Chinese cooking.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
