Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop recipes or menus specific to the project requirements.
Conduct trials, tastings, and presentations for stakeholders/clients.
Collaborate with the R&D team for product innovation and development.
Source, evaluate, and standardize ingredients and raw materials.
Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene standards during project execution.
Provide detailed documentation of recipes, processes, and costings.
Train project staff (if applicable) on recipe execution and plating standards.
Support procurement in identifying suppliers and managing ingredient costs.
Deliver project outcomes within defined budget and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Chef in hotels, restaurants, catering, or food R&D projects.
Strong knowledge of global cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and food trends.
Experience in recipe standardization, costing, and large-scale execution.
Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP).
