Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and standards Assist in menu development and new dish ideas Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials Monitor portion control and reduce wastage Coordinate with service staff for smooth order flow Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain daily prep schedules and follow food safety guidelines

Requirements



Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Creativity and passion for food Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety

Minimum qualification: B.Sc., or any food related courses
