Position: Chef - South Indian

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic and flavorful South Indian dishes.

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Handle inventory and ensure kitchen hygiene and safety.

Innovate new dishes that align with Cucino's brand.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-9 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.

Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.

Ability to manage bulk orders and prep work.

Team player with a strong work ethic.
