The ideal candidate will ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation while coordinating with the kitchen and production teams to maintain efficiency, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards.

Supervise kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards.
Train and guide kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation.
