Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of cafe and fast food items like:

Sandwiches, Burgers, Fries, Wraps, Momos

Street food (Kulcha, Gol Gappe, Tandoori Snacks)

Waffles, Dalgona Coffee, Matcha, Slushes

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

Help in menu innovation based on trends and local demand

Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Coordinate with the serving staff for timely order delivery

Manage food stock, wastage, and kitchen supplies

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking

Passionate about street food and cafe-style dishes

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Clean and hygienic work habits

Flexible with work hours (weekends, evenings
