Key responsibilities

Menu and recipe management:

Plan menus, create daily specials, and develop new recipes.

Staff supervision:

Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, schedule employees, and handle hiring and training.

Food preparation and quality:

Oversee all food preparation, ensure consistent quality and aesthetic presentation, and check the freshness of ingredients.

Kitchen and inventory management:

Order supplies, manage inventory and food costs, and maintain relationships with vendors.

Health and safety:

Enforce all health, sanitation, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.

Administrative duties:

Manage budgets, monitor food and labor costs, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
