Plan and prepare daily menus as per cuisine standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food served.
Manage kitchen operations including inventory, storage, and procurement of ingredients.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI / kitchen safety standards.
Monitor food cost, minimize wastage, and maintain portion control.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely serving.
Innovate new dishes and seasonal menu additions.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years experience
as a Chef in a restaurant/hotel/cloud kitchen.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and plating,Veg food.
Ability to manage a team and work efficiently during peak hours.
Understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety & sanitation standards.
Should be punctual, disciplined, and professional.
