Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and order ingredients as required.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in managing kitchen budgets and controlling food costs.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Chef.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
