We're launching a new restaurant in Navi Mumbai focused on
flavor-packed biryanis, fresh parathas, and juicy rolls
. We are looking for a
hands-on Head Chef
who knows how to cook tasty North Indian food and can lead a small kitchen team.
You'll be in charge of:
Preparing all main dishes (biryanis, parathas, rolls)
Managing kitchen operations and maintaining quality
Setting recipes, SOPs, and portions
Training and guiding junior kitchen staff
Ensuring hygiene and speed of service
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 3-5 years of kitchen experience in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of biryani preparation and paratha making
Can handle rush hours and multi-task in a small team
Open to building and improving recipes with the founder
Clean, punctual, and dependable
Bonus if You Have:
Experience in a cloud kitchen or QSR setup
Worked at The Biryani Life, Behrouz, Biryani Blues, or similar
Knowledge of food cost control and inventory
