Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food during meal times.
Train and guide junior staff in cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation.
Collaborate with management to design special menus and promotions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Handle guest feedback and make improvements where necessary.
