We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef who can lead our kitchen and create authentic, flavourful dishes that reflect the soul of Kerala cooking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present traditional and contemporary Kerala dishes with consistency and creativity
Develop and refine recipes and menus in collaboration with the management
Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
Manage kitchen operations including inventory, staff coordination, and food cost control
Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
Monitor food preparation processes and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Kerala or Kerala cuisine
Deep knowledge of spices, traditional cooking techniques, and authentic recipes from the region
Leadership skills and ability to manage a kitchen team effectively
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
Passion for food and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience
