Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes (North, South, East, West) with authenticity and creativity
Develop seasonal menus and daily specials reflecting traditional and modern Indian cuisine
Manage kitchen operations including inventory, hygiene, and food safety standards
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Collaborate with management on food costing and sourcing
Requirements
Proven experience as an Indian Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
Expertise in tandoor, curries, biryanis, and regional specialties
Strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and dietary preferences
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
