Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of healthy snacks, beverages, and light meals for salon clients and staff
Create menu options that align with a luxury salon environment (tea, coffee, juices, finger foods, salads, etc.)
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times
Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently
Innovate and introduce new recipes or seasonal specials to enhance client experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
Coordinate with management for special events, VIP clients, and promotions
Adhere to Rawls' brand image by presenting food in a stylish and elegant manner
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Chef (experience in
luxury hotels, cafes, or hospitality industry
preferred)
Knowledge of
multi-cuisine cooking
with emphasis on healthy, light, and premium dishes
Strong understanding of
food hygiene and safety regulations
Creativity in food presentation and menu planning
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
