We are looking for a

skilled and passionate Chef

with expertise in

healthy meal preparation

and

dietary cuisine

. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of nutrition, calorie balance, and modern healthy cooking techniques while being creative in developing new menu items that are both tasty and health-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of

healthy and diet-specific meals

(low-carb, keto, high-protein, vegan, etc.) Create and experiment with

salad recipes

and

unique salad dressings

using fresh and seasonal ingredients Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes Collaborate in

menu planning

and introduce innovative healthy recipes Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization at all times Manage food inventory and assist in cost control and portion management Track nutritional information (calories, protein, carbs, fats) for each meal Train kitchen assistants or junior staff when necessary

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Chef

or

Cook

specializing in healthy or dietary meals Strong knowledge of

nutrition and calorie-based meal planning

Creativity in

salad dressing preparation

and

fusion healthy dishes

Excellent understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for healthy living and innovation in the kitchen
