to join our restobar team. The ideal candidate has solid cooking experience, understands restobar-style cuisine, and can maintain consistency, hygiene, and speed during service. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist in planning and updating the restobar menu, including specials.
Ensure all dishes are presented well and served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation (FIFO).
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Contribute ideas for improving dishes, workflow, and guest satisfaction.
Manage preparation tasks (mise en place) before each shift.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when needed.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a cook or chef (preferably in a restobar, bistro, or casual dining setup).
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and menu styles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment handling.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
