We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and discreet Personal Chef to serve the culinary needs of our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing high-quality meals, mindful of dietary preferences and restrictions, and capable of planning and executing diverse menus. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and professionalism, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:



Meal Planning & Preparation

Develop weekly and monthly menus based on the Managing Director's preferences, dietary requirements, and nutritional goals. Prepare fresh, high-quality meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) daily or as required. Create diverse menus incorporating international and local cuisines.

Grocery Shopping & Inventory Management

Purchase fresh ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary items. Maintain an organized kitchen and manage inventory to avoid waste.

Special Events & Hospitality

Prepare meals for guests and formal events hosted by the Managing Director. Coordinate with staff or other service providers when hosting dinners, parties, or corporate events.

Dietary & Nutritional Compliance

Ensure all meals are aligned with dietary restrictions, allergies, or health goals. Adapt recipes and cooking methods to support specific nutrition plans (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, etc.).

Kitchen Management

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen at all times. Follow food safety regulations and best practices. Manage and maintain all cooking equipment and appliances.

Travel & Flexibility

Be available to travel with the Managing Director when needed (domestically and internationally). Provide on-demand meal support, including early mornings, weekends, or late evenings when required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience as a Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role in private households or high-end hospitality. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong understanding of various cuisines, nutrition, and dietary needs. Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
