Menu planning

: Develop and update menus, plan daily specials, and create new dishes.

Food preparation

: Prepare, season, and cook various food items, and ensure high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.

Kitchen management

: Oversee daily operations, manage food and supply inventory, place orders, and maintain equipment.

Staff management

: Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen staff, train new employees, and schedule shifts.

Safety and sanitation

: Ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations, maintain hygiene standards, and monitor food storage and rotation.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
