Job Description

Menu and food development:

Create new menus, develop recipes, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Kitchen management:

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.

Staff leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor kitchen personnel, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Inventory and cost control:

Manage inventory, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers to control food costs and ensure a steady supply of fresh ingredients.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are strictly followed by all staff.

Operational coordination:

Collaborate with other departments, such as management, to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the establishment.

Problem-solving:

Resolve issues that arise in the kitchen to ensure a smooth and timely service for customers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
