Prepare and cook south Indian cuisine according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.* Assisting in the food preparation process.* Work closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel property and satisfaction of the guests.* Set up the sections of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase the speed and productivity.* The position is required to have experience in South Indian food.* Previous Experience in this profile is mandatory.* Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.* Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.* Accepting store deliveries.* Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.* Ensure the quality of the food items* Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.* Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.* Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.* Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required.*
Qualification & Experience :
Degree or diploma in culinary / Hotel management.* Familiar with inventory systems.* A team player.* Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same role.* Willing to do shift wise duty.*
