Prepare and present high-quality Indian cuisine as per the restaurant standards.
Handle day-to-day kitchen operations for the Indian section.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI).
Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for menu execution and planning.
Control food cost, minimize wastage, and maintain stock levels.
Train and guide commis chefs and kitchen staff.
Follow SOPs, recipes, and kitchen discipline.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian CDP in a cafe, lounge, or bar.
Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine.
Ability to handle pressure and high-volume operations.
Good team management and communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
