We are hiring an experienced CDP (Chef de Partie) Specialized in authentic Gujarati cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee all traditional Gujarati dishes (Undhiyu, Kadhi, Thepla, Farsan, Handvo, etc.)
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards
Lead and train junior kitchen staff in Gujarati food section
Ensure hygiene, consistency, and timely service
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Gujarati cooking
Strong knowledge of authentic regional recipes
Leadership skills, honesty, and reliability
Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
Salary as per experience + food & accommodation provided
Location: Surat

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
